Foreign Affairs Sec. Perfecto Yasay considers as a display of 'goodwill' the goal of President Rodrigo Duterte to his scheduled talk with th U.S. President-elect Donald Trump.
Based on the schedule of Malacañang, at 10: 30 tonight in the Philippines time is the Congratulatory Call of President Duterte for Trump.
Yasay said, it is a relatively good start in working relations by Duterte and Trump in the future.
According to Yasay, if ever Trump and Duterte would have a good "rapport" or good discussion, it will help greatly to the consolidation of relations between the US and the Philippines.
