Justice Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre allowed Sen. Leila De Lima leave the country in spite of controversies, particularly the allegations of receiving drug money.
According to Aguirre, he gave an Allow Departure Order (ADO) De Lima because there were no pending cases in the courts, for matters involving it.
He also said the official return after the scheduled official travel.
Originally, issued a lookout bulletin the DOJ to monitor any flights of senators outside of our country.
De Lima is expected to go to the United States and Germany for some activities last from December 11 to 22, 2016.
