Senator Leila De Lima assured that he did not flee the issues facing in Philippines despite the scheduled official travel to the United States and Germany.
Among De Lima will attend a program in America, where he conferred the award.
While in Germany he will speak at the Annual Conference on Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin.
According to De Lima, he had complied travel documents to get going despite the lookout bulletin of the Department of Justice (DoJ).
Certainly He said that he would return, as well as his staff as from December 11 to 22, they remain abroad.
